Lifelong habits are built early in life. Therefore, it is important to get children involved in a healthy lifestyle from a young age. Our kids classes work to give all our kids a well rounded approach to fitness, incorporating general fitness, and martial arts classes in a safe and welcoming environment. All our coaches have working with children accreditation and are experts in the specific needs of children’s fitness.
NEW to our kids program, we now conduct BJJ classes led by our 4th degree black belt coach, Marcelino Freitas on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at 5pm. Teenage boxing classes with head coach, Sam Colomban are also run 5:15pm Mondays and Thursdays.
Our members love the passion and attention Samuel provides to all of his students and the positive attitude that he builds. Parents can also feel comfortable knowing that their children and teenagers are being taught in an environment that develops discipline, positive attitudes, leadership and hard work.
All of our coaches are highly qualified and bring a wealth of experience in training young people to be the best that they can be.
